In November of 2006 our community approved a
seven million bond issue for the purpose of improving and
maintaining the quality of life within our community.
The
City Council, since 2006, has been diligent in utilizing these funds
to acquire bank foreclosures, expand our tree replacement program,
resurface streets, create new housing and convert vacant rental
properties to owner occupied residences. The following summary reflects the accomplishments achieved through the use of these funds. Tree Improvement Program |
