I am a life-long Park resident growing up south of Jefferson. I have lived in each of our distinct neighborhoods throughout my life. Grosse Pointe Park is a great place to live, work, and raise a family.  I graduated from the University of Michigan with a BA in Political Science and Wayne State University Law School with a Juris Doctorate. I currently am and Assistant Attorney General for the State of Michigan. I am assigned to the Criminal Division and prosecute crimes arising in the Detroit casinos, illegal gambling operations around the state, state tax crimes, and special assignments. Prior to joining the Michigan Attorney General’s office, I served as a criminal defense attorney primarily in Wayne County and the city attorney to Allen Park and Woodhaven.

I currently reside in the 1300 block of Audubon with my wife Rev. Marianne, my daughter Diana—a Defer Dragon, my son JP, and our toddler Charlie. I am actively involved in my church both at Grosse Pointe Memorial Church and at Starr Presbyterian in Royal Oak where my wife serves. I love being on Lake St. Clair kayaking or boating, Michigan football, and summers at our parks.

It’s an honor to continue to serve you. There are great things happening in the Park and I love being a part of this community.  If I can be of assistance to you, please contact me at your convenience.
