Susan E. Thomas serves as the Court Administrator. Mrs. Thomas oversees the day-to-day operations of the court, manages the court's budget, financial affairs, employees, and reporting requirements. Mrs. Thomas also serves as the court's liaison with other courts throughout the State and the State Court Administrator's Office. She can be reached at 313-822-4327.
The Court has separate civil and criminal/traffic division clerks.

They are available daily to accept civil case filings, payments of traffic and parking fines, assignment of court dates and acceptance of any other filing requirements that are court related. The clerks can answer procedural questions regarding the Court, but are not allowed to give legal advice. The Court has one probation officer who oversees persons on probation.
