Pool Hours and News

General Pool Information
The pools will open on Saturday, May 27th and will close for the season on Monday, September 4th.  The Splash Pad at Matthew C. Patterson will open on Friday, May 26th and will be open daily from 10:00 a.m. until dusk.  the Splash Pad may open later periodically in order to keep the surface clean and safe for use. The pools will also be closed to the general public during swim lessons and swim meets.

Special Requirements
All infants, toddlers and children who are not toilet trained may only use the pool facilities with the necessary protection. Disposable swimming diapers are required for young swimmers. Regular disposable diapers are not allowed. NO FLOTATION DEVICES (Flotation devices are not recommended by either the American Red Cross or the United States Coast Guard.)

Early Morning Lap Swim
Early morning lap swim will begin on Monday, June 29th from 5:30 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. and continue Monday through Friday until Friday, September 1st.  Please enter the pool deck and check-in at the outside pool gate.  Registration for lap swim begins on June 5th at 8:00 a.m.  Registration is required and can be done online or at the Lavins Activity Center.  The registration fee for the season is $100.00.  There will be no lap swim on July 24th or July 25th for LFSA Prelims, or on holidays (Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day).
