Summer Taxes Due August 31st 2023

Summer Taxes are due on Thursday August 31st to the City of Grosse Pointe Park. The summer statement includes Wayne County operating taxes, State Education Taxes,  and the City of Grosse Pointe Park’s property taxes only, which are payable to the city without interest on or before August 31st.

Summer tax bills that are unpaid as of August 31st will receive an additional one percent (1%) interest penalty to be added to the unpaid balance on September 1st with an additional one percent (1%) each month, on the first of the month thereafter, for as long as the bill remains past due.  Failure to receive a tax bill does not waive interest or penalty.
