On September 25, President Obama issued a major disaster declaration for Michigan as a result of the recent rains causing basement flooding.

Effective November 1, 2014, all non-homeowners (renters, employees, business owners) should apply for the 2015 park pass.  Forms are now available at the following locations; Grosse Pointe Park City Hall, Lavins Activity Center, Park Office, Windmill Pointe Park and Patterson Park gatehouses.
