Administrative Offices and Records Bureau

The Records Bureau is located on the third level of the municipal complex. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8 am - 4:30 pm The records team can assist visitors with Freedom of Information Requests (FOIAs), getting copies of reports, record clearances, dog licenses, and concealed pistol license permit application. Dispatch Desk

In addition to sending the Public Safety officers out to calls, the Dispatch Desk can also assist visitors with the following services:

• Bike licenses are available 24 hours a day
• Most fingerprints request in Michigan are required to be submitted electronically via Livescan.Click Here for information on how and where to obtain these prints. If you are in need of a paper fingerprint card, City residents can have prints taken at the dispatch desk for $10.
